1. The walk-in/membership fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred under any circumstances. 2. Guests are welcome during office hours only. 3. Membership can be suspended for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months for medical reasons or for international travel. 4. Engaging in any business activities within the facility is prohibited. 5. The fitness center is not liable for any personal property that is damaged, lost, or stolen. 6. You will be responsible for the costs of repair or replacement if you or your guest cause any damage to the facility. 7. The fitness center is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during your use of the facilities. 8. Members and non-members must adhere to all posted safety guidelines and instructions from staff to ensure a safe environment for everyone. 9. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment or intimidation, will result in immediate termination of membership without refund. 10. Upon enrollment, a ₱300 fee is required for your key tag. Linked directly to your membership account, this tag is strictly for your individual use and cannot be shared. Tailgating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate membership termination without a refund.
